Self Service
The Self Service section provides employees with a personal portal to view their own records, submit requests, and manage their work-related information. This section is accessible from the Self Service menu in the sidebar.
Employees using the dedicated employee role see these items organized under My Workspace in their sidebar navigation.
My Profile
Navigate to Self Service > My Profile.
View and manage your personal and employment information:
- Personal Details: View your name, email, phone, date of birth, gender, blood group, address, and profile photo
- Employment Details: View your designation, team, shift, reporting manager, joining date, and employee code
- Emergency Contact: View your emergency contact name, relationship, phone, and address
- Role: View your assigned system role
Actions Available
- Update Profile Photo: Upload a new profile picture (JPEG, PNG, JPG, max 2MB)
- Edit Personal Info: Update basic personal details such as phone, address, and alternate phone
- Change Password: Update your login password by providing the current password and a new one
- Activity Log: View a history of changes made to your profile
My Attendance
Navigate to Self Service > My Attendance.
View your personal attendance records for the current month:
- Monthly Statistics: Cards showing your present days, absent days, late arrivals, and half days for the current month
- Attendance List: A detailed table of each day's attendance showing:
- Date
- Check-in and check-out times
- Working hours
- Late hours
- Status (Checked In, Checked Out, Absent, Half Day)
- Attendance log details (multiple check-in/check-out sessions per day)
To view attendance for previous months, use the date filters on the page.
My Regularization
Navigate to Self Service > My Regularization.
Request corrections to your attendance records when there are discrepancies.
Viewing Regularization Requests
Your regularization page shows all requests you have submitted with their current status:
- Pending: Awaiting manager approval
- Approved: Manager has approved the correction
- Rejected: Manager has rejected the request (with reason)
Submitting a Regularization Request
- Click New Request or the create button
- Select the attendance date that needs correction
- Choose the regularization type (Missing Check-in, Missing Check-out, Wrong Time, Forgot Punch, Other)
- Enter the requested check-in and/or check-out times
- Provide a reason for the correction
- Optionally attach supporting files
- Submit the request
Your manager will receive a notification and can approve or reject the request. Once approved, your attendance record is automatically updated.
My Leave Requests
Navigate to Self Service > My Leave Requests.
View all leave requests you have submitted:
- Statistics Cards: Total requests, pending, approved, and rejected counts
- Leave List: A table of all your leave requests with:
- Leave type
- From date and to date
- Number of days
- Status
- Approved/rejected by (with date)
Filtering
- Filter by status (Pending, Approved, Rejected, Cancelled)
- Filter by leave type
- Filter by date range
My Leave Balance
Navigate to Self Service > My Leave Balance.
Check your remaining leave days for the current year. The page shows each active leave type with:

| Entitled | Total leaves allocated for the year |
| Carried Forward | Leaves carried over from the previous year |
| Additional | Any extra leaves granted |
| Used | Leaves already taken |
| Available | Remaining leaves you can use |
Apply for Leave
Navigate to Self Service > Apply for Leave.
Submit a new leave request:
- Select the leave type from the dropdown (the form shows your available balance for each type)
- Choose the from date and to date
- Select whether it is a full day or half day leave
- Add a reason for the leave
- Optionally attach a supporting document (e.g., medical certificate)
- Click Submit
The system automatically calculates the number of leave days based on the date range and your shift schedule. Your reporting manager receives a notification to approve or reject the request.
Before applying, review your leave balance via My Leave Balance to ensure you have sufficient days available for the selected leave type.
My Compensatory Offs
Navigate to Self Service > My Compensatory Offs.
View and manage compensatory off (comp-off) requests. Compensatory offs are granted when you work on holidays or weekends.
- View Requests: See all your comp-off requests with status (Pending, Approved, Rejected)
- Usage Status: See whether approved comp-offs have been used as leave
- Request Details: Work date, reason, and approval information
The compensatory off feature is part of the base leave management system. Comp-off requests must be approved by a manager before they can be used as leave days.
My Expenses
Navigate to Self Service > My Expenses.
View and manage your expense claims.
Viewing Expenses
The page displays all your submitted expense requests with:
- Expense type
- Expense date
- Amount
- Status (Pending, Approved, Rejected)
- Receipt/attachment
Creating an Expense Request
Navigate to Self Service > Create Expense (or use the create button on the My Expenses page).
- Select the expense type from the dropdown
- Enter the expense date
- Enter the amount
- Add a description of the expense
- Upload a receipt or supporting document
- Click Submit
Filtering
- Filter by date
- Filter by status
- Filter by expense type
My Loans
Navigate to Self Service > My Loans.
This feature requires the Loan Management addon to be enabled.
View your loan requests and their status:
- My Loan Requests: View all loan requests with amount, type, status, and repayment details
- Request Loan: Navigate to Self Service > Request Loan to submit a new loan request
My Payslips
Navigate to Self Service > My Payslips.
This feature requires the Payroll addon to be enabled.
View and download your monthly payslips:
- Browse payslips by month and year
- View a breakdown of earnings, deductions, and net salary
- Download individual payslips as PDF
My Documents
Navigate to Self Service > My Documents.
This feature requires the Document Management addon to be enabled.
View documents uploaded to your employee profile:
- Documents: Browse all your uploaded documents by category and type
- Document Requests: Navigate to Self Service > My Document Requests to view the status of documents you have requested from HR
- Request Document: Navigate to Self Service > Request Document to submit a new document request (e.g., experience letter, salary certificate)
My Holidays
Navigate to Self Service > My Holidays.
View the company holidays applicable to you for the current year:
- Holiday List: All holidays grouped by month with date, name, and type
- Statistics: Total holidays, past holidays, and upcoming holidays for the year
- Upcoming Holidays: Quick view of the next 5 upcoming holidays
Holidays shown are filtered based on your department and location. You may not see all company holidays if some are restricted to specific teams or locations.
My Reports
Navigate to Self Service > My Reports.
View personal attendance reports and analytics:
- Period Selection: Choose from Current Month, Last Month, Last 3 Months, Last 6 Months, Current Year, or a Custom date range
- Monthly Statistics: For each month in the selected period, see:
- Present days and absent days
- Late arrivals and early departures
- Total working hours and average hours per day
- Overtime hours
- Summary: Aggregated totals across the selected period
These reports help you track your own attendance patterns and work hours over time.
